Description

The Hoshizaki HNC-150BA Countertop Sushi Display Case Refrigerator is made with a strong stainless steel exterior and features a curved glass front to display your sushi nicely. Additionally, it has LED lights to illuminate the display and showcase the sushi.

Solid food plates with radius grooves fit sushi and are reversible – the concave side when faced up results in a more chilled product while facing the concave side down results in a less chilled product and maximizes space. This commercial refrigerated display case is cooled with a reliable R600A refrigerant and has a condenser airflow that comes in the back and out the side.

To quickly add and remove sushi from the display, the display case has rear access with four sliding glass doors. The case has a countertop design for space efficiency.
