A necessity for food preservation, the Atmovac 6″ x 8″ Smooth Vacuum Freezer Bag is made for foodservice/production operations. It’s made of strong polyamide, polyethylene and food-safe adhesive resin. The strong structure can withstand a temperature range from 40°F to 221°F.
Can be used for storing, extending, shelf-life, portion control, sous-vide cooking, rapid freezing and rethermalizing.
