Description
The Beverage-Air SPED72HC-18-2 Two Drawer Two Door Sandwich Prep Table is designed with a stainless steel exterior for improved strength while the interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. It has a removable stainless steel hood and removable doors for simple cleaning.
Field-reversible doors offer excellent versatility and have a self-closing design that includes a 120˚stay-open feature. It has snap-in magnetic gaskets for a positive door and drawer seal; additionally, the drawer slides include a locking mechanism that prevents the drawers from being pulled off the cabinet.
The commercial sandwich prep table includes a 10″ wide removable cutting board that eases prep and is simple to clean. It can fit 18 food pans (1/6 size) and can maintain a temperature of 36ºF to 38ºF. The prep table is designed with four 6″ casters (two with brakes), has adaptive defrost and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil for a reliable performance. Plus, it runs off an energy-efficient R290 refrigerant.
