Made with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, the Beverage-Air SPED72HC-30M-2 Two Drawer Two Door Mega Top Sandwich Prep Station is designed for commercial kitchens. The interior liner prevents corrosion.
The commercial sandwich prep table includes self-closing doors that have a 120º stay-open feature on cartridge-style hinges. Plus, the doors are field reversible for ultimate versatility.
Comes with four 6″ casters (two include brakes) and four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves. The drawer slides include a locking mechanism that prevents the drawers from being pulled off.
The mega top prep station is made with an energy-efficient R290 refrigerant that offers a reliable performance. It has an adaptive defrost design and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil. The airflow system maintains a temperature between 36ºF to 38ºF. It includes a 10″ cutting board to ease prep and offer an efficient station.
