Made of 18/10 stainless steel, this slicer is durable and long-lasting. It includes one double-sided julienne blade 30 teeth 3 mm spacing on one side and 10 teeth 10 mm spacing on the second side. Plus, it includes one serrated blade with adjustable thickness (approximately 0.125″).
For added safety, add the mandoline slicer cover (sold separately).
