It uses 100% diamonds to sharpen knives quickly and effectively. This knife sharpener has a 3-stage design: stage 1 sharpens straight-edge knives using medium abrasives, stage 2 uses finer abrasives to hone the knife edge while the final stage delivers a polished finish using ultra-fine abrasives. Not only can this knife sharpener be used on straight-edges, but it can also sharpen serrated knives.
