Slice roasts for barbeques and banquets with the Dexter 12″ Sani-Safe Roast Slicing Knife. Made with a scalloped blade, this knife produces clean slices of roast. The blade is crafted of durable DEXSTEEL which offers excellent strength and corrosion resistance.
This blade is heat treated and cooled to precise temperatures to enhance the grain structure (maximizing the knife performance) while the individually honed and ground manufacturing process offers superior sharpness. Additionally, the blade is stain resistant to maintain an attractive appearance.
Sani-Safe handle provides an excellent blade-to-handle seal that protects the knife from contaminants. This handle is made of polypropylene and features a textured grip for slip resistance while the fingerguard helps avoid accidental slips. The handle is made of 100% recycled plastic (packaging is engineered from 100% recycled materials) for a more eco-friendly knife. Recommended to wash by hand to preserve the blade. NSF certified.
