Description
The Dormont Safety-Set is designed to keep caster-mounted kitchen equipment positioned correctly. It ensures that equipment will be brought back to the correct location beneath the fire suppression or ventilation system after every cleaning or maintenance. Safety-Set promotes fire safety, protecting both your kitchen and employees.
Installation is simple for added convenience. It accommodates 4″, 5″ and 6″ casters and can withstand up to 1000 lb of crush force. The product is made of a flame-retardant PC/ABS injection molded blend.
The Positioning System can be used with all caster-mounted equipment. This includes cooking appliances, warming carts, salad bars and refrigerators. It allows for appliances to rest level on an open-floor area for even cooking.
The Safety-Set Equipment Positioning System includes a screw hardware pack.
