The Equipex FC-280 Countertop Electric Convection Oven has a unique vertical profile for small spaces. Its rear mounted fan and heater assembly creates true convection cooking with a unique air flow to ensure quick and uniform baking. This stainless steel oven is thermostatically controlled up to 450°F with a 120 minute timer. It is equipped with (1) drip pan, safety double glass door with handle, and (3) slotted bake trays. Oven has a capacity of up to five 10 inch by 12 inch bake trays – three 1/4 size sheet pans.
