The commercial cake pan is made of anodized aluminum and provides even heating (no hot spots!) for superior cooking performance. It heats faster and cools quicker, making it perfect for both home and commercial kitchens. The pan is heat-safe up to 550°F and freezer safe. Recommended to wash the pan by hand.
