Made to last in commercial kitchens, the Garland Master Half Size Electric Convection Oven is built with a stainless steel front, sides and top for excellent durability. It’s designed with a single door that has a double pane thermal window while the handle provides quick and simple access to the interior.
The stainless steel legs are adjustable to keep the commercial convection oven stable on any surface. The interior is porcelain enameled and includes five chrome-plated racks with nine potential rack positions.
This electric convection oven is designed with a two-speed, 1/3 HP motor with a thermal hi-limit and centrifugal switch to prevent overheating and improve safety. It has a solid-state control that’s simple to use and has a temperature range of 150° to 500°F.
