The Garland U.S. Range Summit Series Electric Full Size Single Deck Convection Oven is made with stainless steel front, sides, top and legs. The porcelain-enameled oven interior with coved corners is long-lasting while the 5 chrome-plated oven racks and has 13 position guides.
The commercial convection oven has reliable solid state controls with a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer. Features a two-speed fan control (high and low) with a 3/4 HP motor. The 60/40 dependent door design includes a thermal window on the left side with interior lighting to allow the operator to look inside while cooking.
