The Globe SP5 is a commercial planetary countertop mixer made to hold up to 5 quarts per mixing batch. This bench model mixer features front mounted controls and a 60 minute timer for accuracy and easy control and a motor that is 1/4 horsepower for all your mixing needs. It also includes a stainless steel bowl and the body of this mixer is constructed with rigid cast aluminum. The mixer also includes a polycarbonate splash cover with ingredient chute, a stainless steel flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, stainless steel spiral dough hook, and a spatula. This model measures 17.1 inches high, 13.1 inches wide, and 15.3 inches deep. 1/4 HP, 6 ft cord & plug.
