The Globe Chefmate C9 Economy Light Duty Manual Meat Slicer has a 9″ hollow ground knife that lasts a long time and can easily be sharpened with the top-mounted, removable all metal knife sharpener.
This light duty meat slicer has a durable anodized aluminum body that is stain-resistant and simple to clean with a metal bottom enclosure and dual-purpose handle that provides a better grip for the operator. The non-slip rubber feet ensure that the machine does not move around while being used.
It has a compact design to save space and a variety of sanitation features such as a moisture-proof ON/OFF switch, sealed splash zones that protect electronics and a removable food chute, slice deflector and knife that are all simple to clean.
Features a power indicator light and a fan-cooled knife motor that has lubricated ball bearings, overload protection and a manual reset for added safety.
