The Joyce Chen 12″ Professional Series Stir Fry Pan is built to offer reliable cooking and excellent versatility. It comes uncoated and develops a unique seasoning over time for excellent flavour.
Made of 1.8mm gauge carbon steel, this pan is lightweight and durable. It has a flat bottom that stays balanced on traditional stovetops while the compact design is excellent for smaller kitchens. The resin handle stays cool to touch and is oven safe up to 350°F. But if you want the pan to simmer in the oven at higher temperatures, you can remove the handle to allow the pan to withstand temperatures of 500°F. Recommended to wash by hand.
