This Exoglass 8-inch wide Matfer mesh strainer is made of heavy duty composite material, great for intensive use. This is an ideal tool for making fine stuffings and to strain sauces. The handle is a one-piece ergonomic handle and is also insulted for comfort. The mesh is made of stainless steel with protective cross wire design. Also featured are two hooks for extra stability. The handle length is 7.5 inches.
