To prevent overheating, the rice cooker shifts from cooking to the warm setting. This eliminates overheating while keeping the rice fresh and ready to serve.
This restaurant rice cooker features a trigger handle- press button and lift to open. The moisture cup collects water so it won’t drip on the counter.
