Spin 26 lb of lettuce per cycle with Sammic’s ES-200 Salad Spinner. With timed cycles of 1, 2 or 3 minutes, at 900 rpm, you can dry lettuce and other vegetables at a rate of 500-1600 lb/h.
This salad spinner is designed for commercial kitchens – stainless steel constructed, (including the removable basket), equipped with castors for easy movement and compact enough to tuck under counters.
