The XM-12 Compact Hand Blender by Sammic is designed for commercial kitchens. With a 1/3 Hp motor, variable speeds from 1500 – 15000 rpm, long-lasting tempered steel, blade in a compact design the XM-12 is the perfect in-service assistant.
Prepare smooth purees, emulsions, airy blends and creams, from this all-in-one unit.
Built for convenience, the XM-12 boasts a detachable, dishwasher-safe blender arm, an anti-slip grip to minimize fatigue, hooded blade to avoid splashing, squared-off motor casing (no rolling or falling) and the ability to process up to 10 qt.
