Suitable for electric, gas, ceramic and halogen heating surfaces, the SignatureWares Aluminum Heavy Duty Non Stick Frying Pan with an Eclipse Finish. It’s made with professional quality and has a 5 gauge aluminum construction for durability.
The Eclipse coating is designed to last longer than other reinforced coatings. It has 3 layers: the top is non-stick for superior food release while the middle bonds the top and bottom for exceptional durability. The handle is riveted for additional strength while the silicone handle reduces hand fatigue and is heat resistant for increased comfort.
Replacement Black Silicone Sleeves can be purchased separately.
