Description
Check the temperature of the candy mix or frying oil using the Taylor Candy/Deep Fry Dial Thermometer. It accurately measures between 100ºF to 380ºF. Key candy temperatures are printed on the dial while the thermometer features red zone indicators and an indicator slide that displays the ideal candy and deep fry graduations.
The thermometer has a 6″ stem with a pan clip that feeds through the stem. Clip the thermometer to the pan and adjust the stem height for perfect placement based on the depth of the pan contents.
