The Vollrath Countertop Induction Rethermalizer heats and serves soups, chilis and other hot foods at a safe temperature. It does not require water and won’t provide heat until an induction-ready insert is placed inside. 

The rethermalizer has digital controls with 4 presets for precise temperature control. It features a sensor that monitors food temperatures at 3 points on the induction-ready insert (also known as an inset), an indicator light that notifies the user when contents need to be stirred and it helps with even heating.
