The WÜSTHOF 10″ Diamond Knife Sharpener is designed for dull or moderately sharp knives. Its diamond-coated rod ensures exceptional sharpening, resulting in a smooth, sharp edge. This sharpening rod has a normal grit. As these rods remove a tiny amount of metal from the knife, we recommend an additional WÜSTHOF Honing Steel for daily or weekly maintenance.

Care Instructions
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and immediately towel-dry. Your diamond-coated sharpening rod is similar to sandpaper in that it will wear down over time with regular use.
