Keep your knives sharp with the Zwilling Miyabi Knife Sharpener. It has a 2 stage pull through construction and features a pre-set sharpening angle so that your knife is always in the right position. This sharpener allows you to effortlessly cut through meat, fish and other foods and has a silicone gripper to ensure the sharpener does not move around.
The ceramic roll is for fine honing while the easy-care plastic handle can be comfortably held by both left-handed and right-handed users. A hand guard is included to make sure the sharpener is safe to use.
Miyabi knife sharpener can be used to sharpen non-serrated knives made from different types of steel or knives from the Miyabi range.
