Description
The Zwilling 7″ Miyabi 5000 MCD Rocking Santoku Knife is made with SG2 micro-carbide powder steel that is protected by 100 layers of steel. Blade goes through an ice-hardening process for exceptional sharpness and goes through a hand-honed 3-step Honbazuke process to create a 9.5° to 12° edge.
This santoku knife is meant to be used for a rocking cutting style and has a Japanese blade profile. The rounded spine and heel make this Karelin Birch handle not only comfortable but attractive. Recommended to be hand washed only.
