Zwilling’s 5.5″ TWIN Master Boning Knife is made with a long, slim and flexible blade that’s designed for cutting meat off the bone and separating/skinning meat, poultry or fish. It has a high, pointed tip and narrow blade to easily maneuver around the bones of the meat. The knife is dishwasher safe but is recommended to be washed by hand.
